The location in the heart of Basel's Old Town was perfect, with easy access to sights like the Basel Minster and Town Hall. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our visit. the room overlooking the Christmas market was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Plus, the welcome drink at the bar was a lovely touch after a day of exploring. We appreciated the attention to detail in the design, especially the "Soundscape" installation that added a unique charm to the lobby ambiance. Overall, a wonderful experience for a city break in Basel. Highly recommend!
